Is the renewal service fee the same for first and second renewal?
Yes. Whether you are renewing for the first time (2 years into your initial NLV) or the second time (4 years in), the service fee remains €299 (Stage 1) + €400 (Stage 2). The renewal process and documentation requirements are the same regardless of which renewal cycle you are in, so the service cost is consistent.
What if the renewal takes longer than expected?
There are no additional fees if your renewal processing takes longer than standard. Our flat-fee structure covers the entire renewal period, whether the Oficina de Extranjería processes your application in 4 weeks or 12 weeks. We continue to provide case manager support and dashboard access throughout the waiting period at no extra cost. Your permit is automatically extended by law while processing.
Can I get a refund if I withdraw?
If you withdraw after engaging Stage 1 services, Stage 1 fees (€299) are non-refundable as we have completed eligibility checks, document preparation, and case manager assignment. If you withdraw before your renewal is submitted, Stage 2 is not due.
