4. Get your certificate
Once accepted and paid, your policy and visa certificate can be arranged the same day.

Questions We Hear Every Day
Do I have to use your visa service to buy insurance?
No. You can buy your health insurance through us whoever handles your visa — applying yourself, with another visa company, or already holding your visa.
My visa adviser is another company. Can I still buy from you?
Yes. Your insurance certificate is issued in your name, so you can pass it to your adviser for your application file.
I already have my NLV. Can I buy or switch now?
Yes. You need cover that continues throughout your residence, so plan any switch carefully: confirm acceptance and the new start date before ending your existing cover. Arrange the dates so there is no uninsured gap; an overlap may be necessary. Health insurance for your renewal.
What do you need from me for a quote?
Names and dates of birth for everyone insured, where in Spain you’ll live and your start month. You may be asked for a copy of your visa once it’s issued.
