What is BLS?
BLS (Serviços de Vistos) is the official visa application service provider for Spanish embassies and consulates in 150+ countries worldwide. Most visa applicants submit their applications through BLS rather than directly at the consulate.
Why use BLS? BLS handles document collection, payment processing, and application submission. You typically cannot apply directly at the consulate — you must use BLS. BLS is faster, more organized, and accepts applications at dozens of locations.
